While our eggs are expertly packaged, factors including the disruption of the internal air-sac during shipping and incubation failure lie outside of our control. We only ship known fertile eggs, but due to these factors, we cannot promise any rate of success, and therefore do not offer refunds for unsuccessful hatches of any degree. Please do your research before buying and incubating chicken eggs, and ensure you have a suitable habitat for the live animals once they hatch. We recommend that you rest the eggs, pointy side down, for 24 hours before incubation, and wait no more than a day more to begin this process. If eggs do arrive broken, please contact us via email immediately so a replacement or appropriate refund can be arranged. Such refund will cover the cost of the number of damaged eggs but not shipping.
Due to our limited stock, orders are placed on a schedule at our end, and the exact day of postage will be decided by us and our availability. We allow you to choose a preferred date but cannot guarantee your selection. If your chosen date is before our four day window for processing and delivery, or beyond a month later, you will be randomly allocated a date. Should you require an exact day, or wish to be pencilled in for future months, please email us and we will try to accommodate if possible.
